What working with me looks like
I’m Carrie Smith, a New York licensed real estate salesperson with Krutz Properties. I live in Fort Plain and help buyers and sellers in Montgomery, Fulton, Herkimer, and Schoharie counties and nearby communities.
My approach is straightforward: listen to what matters to you, explain the next steps in plain English, and help you get answers from the right people. An older village home, a fixer-upper, and a few acres of land can each bring very different questions. You do not have to know them all before we talk.
